Okay heres the next in the series of Young basara characters, again done in SAI painter.
I had a bit of trouble deciding on what to have him doing so...Since the characters in Sengoku Basara are based on historical figures i did a (very) tiny bit of research on japanese history for Date Masamune. Date Masamune lost the sight in his right eye through illness and because of that his mother wanted his younger brother to take over the clan instead. She thought that the lack of sight would mean a weakness. Eventually this led to her trying to poison him...which he survived. Well I did use wikipedia so I'm not sure of the historical accuracy but yeah.... Since when did Sengoku Basara worry about that but hopefully that explained this depressing pic. Though it would be interesting if the anime went into the character pasts...though I highly doubt it will XD *Runs off to draw him sparring with Koujiro to balance the sadness out.
